Port forward in Mikrotik router

Server local ip is: 192.168.1.200:3999
Command line:
/ip firewall nat

 add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat disabled=no dst-port=3999 in-interface=ether1-gateway protocol=tcp to-addresses=192.168.1.200 to-ports=3999
